We have negotiated thousands of collective bargaining agreements. We create strategies to help clients achieve their bargaining goals, while seeking to maintain positive union relationships. Additionally, we counsel clients about workplace issues that arise during the employment relationship and grievance process. In this regard, we successfully work closely with unions to resolve problems and best prepare and position our clients for possible arbitrations or litigation.
