Since 1956 Personnel Sciences Center has been helping companies nationwide in making hiring and promotion decisions. To date we have tested and interviewed more than 90,000 candidates for jobs in sales, marketing, manufacturing, retailing, finance, healthcare, information technology, administration and corporate management. By profiling the candidate’s abilities, people skills, work style and personality we can determine whether there will be a good “fit” with the demands of the job and the culture of the organization. With our input our clients have been able to increase their “success rate” in selecting the right people.
Dr. Jeffrey Goldberg is president and chief psychologist. He has a Ph.D. in
Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and he is a
licensed Psychologist in New York State.
He has lectured for the American Management Association and conducts
client seminars in Selection Interviewing, Performance Evaluation,
Employee Motivation, and Violence in the Workplace.
For over 20 years Dr. Goldberg served as an Adjunct Professor teaching
I/O Psychology at Queens College, Fordham University, Adelphi University
and SUNY Farmingdale.
